If you're involved in the horsey world, you may have noticed a fit-looking cartoon horse featuring in various publications dressed for the gym...
All will be revealed at the Your Horse Live event on November 14-15 2009, when ‘Fit Freddy – The In-Shape Neddy’ helps to launch Saracen Horse Feeds’ brand new product, Shape-Up™.
Another brainchild of the Dupree Creative team, Fit Freddy was invented after running a brainstorming session with the Saracen sales team, when the 'Five-a-Day' concept was born.
Freddy's role is to introduce the equestrian market to the Five-a-Day concept of equine welfare and to educate and encourage a healthy approach to nutrition and exercise.
Fit Freddy – The In-Shape Neddy is currently running as a strip cartoon in key magazine titles and was developed by Dupree Creative to pave the way for Saracen's exciting new feed - onpage, online, in-store and at events.

A fun site, but with a responsible attitude to equine health
The campaign consists of a number of strip cartoon adverts, product adverts, advertorials, exhibition panels and pull-up banners, event giveaways, in-store POS including leaflet holders, posters and the production of the life-size Fit Freddy outfit.
This is all supported with a dedicated Fit Freddy website which gives a comprehensive guide to equine fitness and hosts a selection of downloads including Fit Freddy cartoons, mobile and PC wallpaper and educational charts to help keep horses and ponies in peak condition.
The Fit Freddy website can be seen at www.fitfreddy.org
Saracen Shape-Up feed will be available from mid-November 2009 from leading feed merchants around the UK. Retail prices will start at £15.60
