Seeland International

Seeland clothing is one of the largest suppliers of shooting and outdoor clothing in Europe. The first advertising campaign we produced was responsible for doubling the Seeland UK turnover in one year.

Seeland needed to build brand awareness and positioning.

The first campaign cracked it. Here at Dupree Creative, we put together both Seeland and Harkila brand strategies and placed less advertising than before we took over the account. We targeted the trade and consumers alike.

We, of course, art directed all the photography and commissioned the models.

As a result, Seeland is now a major player. Worn by leading magazine editors and other professionals, Seeland gear has carved a wedge of market share and will continue to do so.

The 'dogs' campaign features gundogs that we dressed up (with the help of Peter Blatch - gundog trainer) and photographed. After much retouching in photoshop and with the application of our new strapline 'Experts in the Field', the campaign took the brand into new territory.

Certainly, nobody could flip passed these adverts. According to the retailers we've spoken to, backed up with figures, is that Seeland clothing is absolutely flying.
